Consent forms

Show an informed-consent screen before a study begins.

Add an informed-consent step that participants must accept before starting. Configure it from the project Settings tab.

Enable consent

    Open Settings

    On the project page, open the Settings tab and enable the consent form.

    Write the consent text

    Set a title and the consent body. Optionally require participants to tick a checkbox to proceed.

Add your IRB / ethics protocol number in Settings so it travels with the study record.
