Publish & share

Take a project live so participants can access it.

A project is a private draft until you publish it. Publishing pins the current version and makes the project reachable through its access links or the portal.

Publish a project

    Open the project page

    The status pill shows Draft or Published .

    Click Publish

    Only owners and admins can publish. Participants immediately gain access through your links.

    Unpublish to pause

    Click Unpublish to take a study offline without losing any data.

Preview mode is for you, not participants — some features (like voice-recording uploads) only run in a real published session.
