For participants

How to find, join and complete a study as a participant.

Not running a study — taking one? Here is how to find a study, give consent, complete it, and get paid.

Taking part

  1. 1

    Browse the portal

Visit the experiment portal to find published studies. Filter by category or search by keyword.

  2. 2

    Review & consent

Read the study description and consent form. Check estimated duration and number of parts before you begin.

  3. 3

    Complete the study

Work through each experiment in a clean, distraction-free runner. Your progress is saved automatically if you need to pause.

  4. 4

    Get paid for paid studies

Finish a paid study and the reward is held until the researcher approves it, then moves to your available balance.

  5. 5

    Track history and earnings

See completed and in-progress studies under My Participations, and withdraw your balance from My Earnings.

You can review completed and in-progress studies any time under My Participations, and resume an unfinished session with one click.

Getting paid

Some studies are paid and some are volunteer — the portal labels each one, and paid studies show their reward on the card before you start. Rewards are set by the researcher and priced in that study's own currency.

When you finish a paid study the reward is held as pending while the researcher reviews your submission. Once they approve it — or their review window lapses and it approves automatically — it moves to your available balance.

Withdraw from My Earnings and choose where the money should land — a bank account, or PayPal for currencies other than rupees. A small minimum applies before you can cash out, and the exact figure is shown on the withdrawal form.

The For participants page has the full picture — how rewards work, what studies are like, and answers to the questions people ask before signing up.
